Description

The HT3200mm is an economical, practical, durable, and easy-to-use grinder developed and manufactured independently by our company. It's suitable for dedicated knife sharpening plants, large-scale rotary cutting plants, Board factory mills, and large-scale printing and paper cutting plants.

This machine is constructed from double-layered, vibration-resistant steel plates welded to national standards. Equipped with a powerful electromagnetic suction cup, simply place the blade on the workbench and activate the suction cup, securing it securely to the workbench. This eliminates the need for bolt-on blade clamping, resulting in smoother, straighter blades. Once the blade is installed, the machine automatically compensates for grinding wheel disc movement, eliminating manual intervention and saving approximately 40 minutes of labor.

Application

It's suitable for large-scale processing plants, large-scale rotary cutting plants, sheet metal mills, and large-scale printing and paper cutting plants.
